Hello! My name is Beth Dinger (rhymes with ginger!) I have been working at East Central since December of 2016, and I love being part of the East Central team! I am licensed to teach both elementary education and instrumental music, and I have enjoyed teaching in both educational areas, but I am particularly passionate about teaching in the elementary classroom! This year I was promoted to SIXTH GRADE and I am excited to start learning all things sixth grade!
I received my B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College in Music Education, and completed my Elementary Education certification and Master's Degree at the College of Saint Scholastica. In addition, I have completed LETRS training for reading instruction through American College of Education. I also participated as an educator in the Rivers2Lake Program.
My family and I make our home in Barnum. My husband, Justin, and I have four children ranging in age from 13 to 22. When I am not at school, I am generally attending one of the many activities that my children are involved
in, or trying to keep up with housework and projects at home. I also enjoy volunteering, and am active in many school, community, and church groups.
