I have been teaching at East Central High School since 2012, and have been teaching since 2007. This year I am teaching Pre-Algebra, Linear Algebra, Algebra 1, Computer Skills 7, and Academic Skills 8. My passion is teaching students the skills they need to be successful in math, and life.
Prior to teaching at East Central, I taught at Pine City High School, subbed at a few schools in the area, and spent several years tutoring math and ACT prep. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and secondary education from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Arts degree in curriculum and instruction from St. Mary's University.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, camping, and playing board games with my family. I live in Sandstone with my husband and our two children.
