Hello,
I'm so excited to be teaching at East Central this school year. I moved here from Cook, MN but was born and raised in International Falls, MN. We joke that we moved south for the winters! Me and my family are excited to part of this great community. 
I graduated from Bemidji State University with a bachelor degree in Elementary Education. I was a paraprofessional for two years and then went straight into student teaching. My student teaching experience lead me to love teaching 5th or 6th grade. We are also a big sports family and enjoy everything the great outdoors brings us here living in Minnesota.
My goal as an educator is to have each individual student strive to be a better person by the time they leave my classroom. Getting them prepared to be productive people in society.
