Emma Watrin is currently a 7th-grade student at East Central. She is the daughter of Justin and Joanne Watrin. Emma is a great leader in the classroom and helps other students. She is always eager to learn. According to Mrs. Thompson, her math teacher, “She has great initiative and jumps in when and where she is needed. She models what it means to be respectful, responsible, and ready to learn daily.” English teacher Mrs. Forga also notes, “She is a good friend, has a kind heart, helping out others when she sees them in need. She loves learning and always does her best. She shows responsibility and integrity at school and is an exemplary student.” Thank you for being a great role model for our students.
Claire Johnsen is currently an 8th-grade student at East Central. She is the daughter of Terry and Brianne Johnsen. English teacher Mrs. Forga describes, “Claire is an exemplary student. She is constantly looking to better herself and grow her academic skills within the classroom. She is constantly seeking new knowledge and strives for perfection. She has integrity and is committed to always doing her best.” Mr. Henn, math teacher, also notes, “She continues to ask really good questions within the classroom when she needs more information, takes advice, and is always there to help her classmates when they need help.” Keep up the good work.
