Crying/pouting/ranting are not allowed. If a coach sees this, he or she will ask you to leave the gym/field/dugout and go into the locker room, hallway or dugout to pull yourself together. This is an expectation in practice, on the field or dugout during a game, or on the bus rides. Obviously there are certain exceptions, such as an injury. We do not want to get in the habit of showing frustration, disgust or fear. By showing these emotions to your opponents you are giving them the upper hand, and you are creating a distraction to your teammates.
