STRETCH AND STRENGTH

Session 3 (Jan. 13- Feb. 10)

Our bodies were made to move, but we can get a little stuck from too much sitting, repetitive activities, limited range of motion, and "text neck" smartphone use.

In this class, we use gentle stretching and bodyweight strength building to reconnect with natural movement that helps us get unstuck.

We'll also play with balance, core work, and flexibility, and modifications are offered so you can find the level you're comfortable with, and progress when you're ready. Plus, we laugh and chat a lot. Bring a fitness/yoga mat if you have one, but the teacher brings extras if you don't. Come and play!
