Hello! My name is Jackie McClain, I have a Psychology Degree from Oak Hills Christian College as well as a Masters Degree in School Counseling from Capella University and I just completed my Masters degree in Special Education SLD from Bemidji State University. I grew up in the area and attended East Central as a student. I have been at the district for over a decade and started out as a special education paraprofessional. I enjoy working with students and watching them grow and pushing them to meet their goals. I enjoy working with many different students at all grade levels.
I am married and have two children that attend East Central as well. We also have 3 dogs that keep us busy . Our family enjoys fishing during all seasons. Our summer months are spent at local dirt tracks racing. We enjoy doing outdoor activities, going for walks, riding bikes and go-karts. if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me.
