This is my 4th year teaching at East Central and I'm so excited to be back! I believe that Physical Education teaches students how to be active
through out their lifetime. Physical Education also helps students work on teamwork, goal setting, and so many other things that they will use
everyday.
I hope to teach a wide variety of activities to show students that being active can take place in many forms. I have even been able to teach kayaking in the pool here at East Central!
In my free
time I enjoy
to be in outdoors as much as possible. I love to fish whether I'm on a boat or sitting in a fishing shack out on the ice. For the last few
years I have been volunteering as a snowmobile safety instructor. Snowmobiling is a major part of my life and I'm so glad that I can get others involved in the sport. When I'm not on my snowmobile you can find me on the ski hills snowboarding. My other interests include running, biking, camping, and stand up
paddle boarding.
Currently I reside in my hometown of North Branch, MN. I graduated from North Branch Area High School and went on to the University of Minnesota Duluth. I graduated with my
Bachelors degree
of Physical Education in
the spring 2016.
