Elsie Laursen - 12th Grade
Elsie has been an outstanding leader at our school over the past six years, and continued to grow in her senior year as President of the National Honor Society. No matter how demanding her academic workload was, Elsie consistently followed through on her commitments, stayed organized, and inspired others to get involved. She has a natural heart for leadership and a passion for service. Beyond school, she brought that same dedication to the community by serving on the Sandstone Park and Recreation Council. Evie Armstrong is such a joy to have in my creative writing class. She is a very strong writer and is able to capture characters incredibly well. Her stories are complex and elaborate.
