Approved Minutes
Members of the Board of Education, East Central ISD #2580, met in a Special Emergency session on Friday, August 6, 2010, in the Community Board Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 2 pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: Kester, Fogt, Thomsen, Domogalla, Ecklund, Schultz, Fahey, Marlana Benzie Lourey, Colette Stadin of Askov American, Ed Eiffler, Jim Vork, Todd Lubben, Joe Chryst.
Chair Kester called the meeting to order at 2pm.
Motion by Domogalla, second by Fogt to accept this special emergency meeting and waive the 72 hour notification requirement. Motion carried.
Motion by Thomsen, second by Ecklund to approve the resignation of district employee, Renee Eiffler effective August 13, 2010. Motion carried.
Chair Kester adjourned the meeting at 2:01pm.
